On Friday, April 18, former Crescenta Valley High School standout Jameson Ferraro’s current college team, the Central Arkansas Bears, lost 13-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lipscomb Bisons.
The game took place at Ken Dugan Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Bisons this season.
The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Ken Dugan Field against Lipscomb Bisons.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The upcoming week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature these former Verdugos area high school athletes.
