On Saturday, April 12, former Polytechnic High School standout Franco Alonso’s current college team, the Case Western Reserve Spartans, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Chicago Maroons.

The game took place at J. Kyle Anderson Field. This was their third matchup against the Maroons this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 11 a.m. at J. Kyle Anderson Field against Chicago Maroons.
