On Friday, April 18, former Herbert Hoover High School standout Cortney Fizer’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Culpepper Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 4 p.m. at Culpepper Field against Charleston Golden Eagles.
