On Friday, Feb. 14, former Crescenta Valley High School standout Dee Dee Hernandez’s current college team, the San Diego State Aztecs, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Shockers this season.

The Aztecs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4:30 p.m. at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex against Virginia Cavaliers.
