On Friday, April 4, former Polytechnic High School standout Franco Alonso’s current college team, the Case Western Reserve Spartans, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Emory Eagles.

The game took place at Nobby’s Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 10:15 a.m. at Nobby’s Ballpark against Emory Eagles.
